Tuna Melt
Jazz up your grilled cheese sandwich by adding tuna salad to it. Serve it with hot soup and you've got a satisfying meal for a cold day.

Tuna salad, prepared

Instructions
Prepare the tuna salad in a small dish, according to your favorite recipe. Set aside.
Spread butter on one side of a piece of bread.
Lay the bread, butter-side down, in a warm skillet.
Top the bread with a tablespoon or two of the tuna salad mixture and smooth evenly over the bread.
Top with a slice of cheese.
Butter another slice of bread and put it on top of the cheese, butter-side facing up.
Grill the sandwich until light brown.
Carefully flip the sandwich and grill until the second side is golden brown.
Notes
Any tuna salad recipe will work for this. I usually just do a simple tuna, mayo, salt, and pepper. Sometimes I'll also add a little onion powder.
