Dill Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Stir in the dill.
  • Add the milk and stir just until everything comes together.
  • Leaving about an inch between each biscuit, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or just until the biscuits start to brown.
