Chocolate Fudge

This is my mom's famous chocolate fudge recipe. It's requested at all holiday gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Butter

Equipment

  • Small pot
  • Medium bowl
  • 8"x8" Baking pan

Method

  1. Combine the milk and powdered sugar together in a saucepan and heat to a boil. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly to keep from burning. Remove from heat and set aside.
    1/2 cup Milk, 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the marshmallow cream with the chocolate chips.
    1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow Cream, 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  3. Pour the warm milk into the marshmallows/chocolate chip bowl. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  4. Pour into a buttered 8x8 pan. Let completely cool before cutting into small squares.
    1 tsp Butter
