Chili Cheese Dip

When I was in high school, a friend of mine served this dip at all of her pool parties. It’s super easy to make and tastes so good.  All you need are two ingredients, plus a bag of tortilla chips for dipping. You can’t get any easier than that!
Course: Snack
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can Hormel Chili (no beans)
  • 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Equipment

  • Medium pot

Method

  1. Combine the chili and cream cheese in a medium pot.
1 15-ounce can Hormel Chili (no beans), 1 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
  2. Warm the mixture on the stovetop until the mixture is hot and the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
    1 bag Tortilla Chips

Notes

Be sure to keep stirring the mixture to prevent it from burning.
You can serve the dip in a crockpot on the warm or low setting, but keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
