- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until the sweetened condensed milk is completely incorporated.1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 pint heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 pinch salt, 2 cups milk
- Transfer the mixture into a clean container.
- Store in the refrigerator and give the bottle a good shake before using it each time.
Notes
This recipe makes a lot of creamer. Approx. 3.75 cups! It's a good thing it will stay fresh until the expiration date of the milk.
Any type of milk will work. I've used whole and low-fat with good results. Using whole milk will make it creamer.
