Coffee Creamer #1
This is a thicky and creamy coffee creamer that tastes like melted vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until the sweetened condensed milk is completely incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean container.
- Store in the refrigerator and give the bottle a good shake before using it each time.
Notes
Any type of milk will work. I've used whole and low-fat with good results. Using whole milk will make it creamer.
The creamer will stay good until the expiration date of the milk.
