Camp Stew

This is a quick and easy one-pot meal. The longest part of this recipe is browning the ground beef. Once the beef is done, dinner is on the table in no time at all.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 15-ounce can Corn (drained)
  • 1 10-ounce can Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 box Town House or Ritz Crackers

  • Large skillet

Method

  1. Combine the ground beef, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion in a pan. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.
    1 pound Ground Beef, 1 Bell Pepper (chopped), 1 small Onion (chopped)
  2. Add the corn, tomato soup, and cheese to the cooked beef mixture.
    1 15-ounce can Corn (drained), 1 10-ounce can Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  3. Stir well.
  4. Heat until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with crackers on the side.
    1 box Town House or Ritz Crackers

Notes

Don’t add water or milk to the condensed tomato soup. Just open the can and pour it into the beef mixture.
