Buttermilk Pancakes
This is the best buttermilk pancake recipe we've tried. They are light and fluffy and melt in your mouth!

Buttermilk

Baking Powder

Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Preheat a skillet over mediumheat.
Pour small amounts of the batter onto the hot skillet to form the pancakes.
Cook the pancakes until the edges appear to harden.
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Notes
If you don't have buttermilk on hand, you can make some by mixing 1 1/4 cups of regular milk with a 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.
