- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.1 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour, 1 Egg, 1 ¼ cups Buttermilk, 1/4 cup White Sugar, 1 teaspoon Baking Powder, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda, 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of the batter onto the hot skillet to form the pancakes.
- Cook the pancakes until the edges appear to harden.
- Carefully flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Make your own buttermilk by mixing 1¼ cups of regular milk with a ¼ teaspoon of lemon juice.
