Course Main Course

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Deli Ham, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 6 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 16 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine ham, onion, carrot, olives, cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, and garlic; mix well and set aside.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  • Arrange the triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a cookie sheet, leaving a 5-inch hole in the middle of the circle. The wide ends should be on the inside of the circle and the pointed edges should be pointed outward. It should look like a Christmas wreath.  Lightly press the seams together.
  • Spoon the ham mixture evenly over the dough, all around the circle.  Bring the points of the triangles up over the filling and tuck them under the dough at the center to form a ring. The filling will show.
  • Bake 25 – 30 minutes or until golden brown.
