jump to the recipe card

A caprese salad, or inslata caprese, is an Italian dish traditionally made by combining tomatoes, cow’s milk mozzarella cheese, and olive oil.

The best time to have this salad is during summer when fresh tomatoes and basil are available.

The amounts of the ingredients you use are up to you. You can experiment with the quantities until you find the right combination for your family!

Balsalmic Vinegar
